Amanda M. Campos, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Founder & Nurse Practitioner

Amanda M. Campos is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of diverse nursing experience, including emergency medicine, pediatrics, telemetry, home health, and primary care. She began her career as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in 2011 and advanced through higher education, earning her Associate in Science (2014), Associate Degree in Nursing (2016), and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas A&M International University in 2020. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing Administration in 2021 and earned her post-master certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi in 2025. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice.

Amanda’s clinical interests include comprehensive family medicine, weight loss, and medical aesthetics. She founded Texas Family Health Network, PLLC with the vision of creating a family-focused, accessible clinic that offers high-quality, compassionate care for patients of all ages. Her passion for healthcare is rooted in her love for people and desire to serve her South Texas community with excellence and heart.

Outside of the clinic, Amanda enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and embracing new adventures. Whether she’s exploring new places or building up her businesses, her drive to grow and give back never stops.

Jose A. Campos, LP, CCP, TCP, RN-S

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

Jose A. Campos is a critical care and tactical paramedic with nearly three decades of experience in emergency medical services. He has served as EMS Supervisor and EMS Chief for the City of Alice, bringing leadership, emergency response expertise, and a strong community connection to his work. As both Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Texas Family Health Network, PLLC, Jose plays a vital role in shaping the clinic’s vision, operations, and patient care experience.

Jose’s background spans pre-hospital care, public safety leadership, and healthcare logistics — making him the perfect partner in building a responsive, efficient, and community-focused clinic. At the practice, he oversees day-to-day operations, ensures compliance, and works alongside clinical staff to maintain a smooth and supportive environment for both patients and team members.

Known for his quick wit, energy, and ability to make anyone laugh, Jose brings humor and heart to everything he does. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys fishing and hunting, tackling hands-on projects, and always finding a way to keep life interesting. His leadership and personality make him an anchor not only for the clinic — but for the people it serves.
